How to come with an effective content strategy

Deciding and planning what content to publish (and when) on your social media, website and blog.

Content strategy is an umbrella term that sums up all the actions involved in achieving the above.

On day 1 of the workshop, we’ll cover the theory:
– how to determine objectives (and why you need them)
– how to conduct an audit of existing content (and why it’s important)
– how to identify themes and topics to share and write about on social media and on your website
– how personas/customer avatars can be useful
– how to distribute content

Day 2 will be a hands-on session where we’ll work on your brand. We’ll brainstorm themes and topics, determine personas, voice, tone and style. This way, at the end of the workshop you’ll have a concrete foundation to continue the work.

This workshop is a great option if:
– you struggle to come up with ideas of what to post on social media and on your blog
– you only publish content when inspiration strikes
– your business is new and you don’t know where to get started when it comes to social media and your blog

The price includes an initial assessment call, a questionnaire for you to fill, 2 days of training and notes from the workshop.

The price doesn’t include the renting of an actual room to conduct the workshop in. Training can either happen at your offices or online (via a service like Skype or similar).

If you prefer for the workshop to take place at your offices, you won’t need to arrange for my transportation and/or accommodation but the price may go up to accommodate such travel expenses depending on location.

If you work for or own a hotel and can offer accommodation, the final price will only take into account transport expenses.

This is paid by bank transfer to an Italian bank account in 2 instalments.

The first instalment is paid upon booking and is non-refundable. If the workshop doesn’t go ahead, it’s rescheduled or other issues arise, it serves to cover any expenses incurred in the meantime.

The second instalment is paid within 5 working days of the workshop.

During this workshop, we’ll first analyze how you plan, write and publish content for your website and social media. We’ll work together to find workflows and tools that streamline this process and help you remove the obstacles to consistent content creation.

If you’ve never created any content for your business in-house, we’ll start from the basics and come up with a solution that keeps that in mind.

This workshop is a great option if:
– You actually have tons of ideas for social media and blog content but putting them into practice takes you way too much time, so you hold off creating content
– Your content production is sporadic
– You have several Word documents on your desktop with half-written blog posts and spend a lot of time emailing revisions back-and-forth
– Your team is growing but doesn’t have an effective process in place for content production
– You’re looking for free or low-cost ways to produce content in-house

The price includes an initial assessment call, a questionnaire for you to fill, 1 day of training and notes from the workshop.
